Background
"I have over 17 years of experience specialising in stress reduction and pain relief. I work with individual clients through hands-on therapies, talking therapies, and group work. I use a variety of techniques as appropriate to help clients make the necessary shifts and changes to support them in finding release and ease.
Along with completing various other courses, my main passion over the years has been studying and practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness awareness forms a significant part of the foundation of how I work with clients.
My personal experience with the impact of stress on wellbeing has been both challenging and liberating. My journey to restore balanced energy and health taught me a great deal. It was during this time that I took up the study and practice of mindfulness and stress management.
Additionally, with the support of nutritional advice from Sarah Stelling, this combination has positively and completely transformed how I live my life.
