What is life coaching?
Life coaching is all about focusing on your immediate circumstances. It’s about getting a clear overview of what’s working in your life and what isn’t.
Whether it’s your job, relationship, stress level, self-esteem – or anything in between – we can help you identify the problems so you can turn an impossible situation into something that can be solved.

Your goals are the focus

What is it that you want to do? What outcome are you striving to achieve? That’s the focus of our initial consultation. From there, we can identify the therapies and techniques that we have at our disposal to help you get past the obstacles in your way. This might include anything from neuro-linguistic programming and mindfulness to cognitive behavioural therapy and emotional freedom technique.
We can then apply those therapies and techniques and help you make the positive changes you want to see in your life. You’ll be able to navigate the obstacles in your path, conquer them and come out the stronger for it.
What does the life coaching consultation look like?
The consultation is a 1-1 session. The initial appointment is 90 minutes, with follow-up appointments coming in at 60 minutes.
The consultation itself is a three-stage process:
We assess what’s happening in your life and isolate how you find yourself in the situation you’re in
We then help you decide where and how you’d like to change and improve your life
After that, we develop a plan of action that incorporates all this information so you know what you need to do to succeed. A summary of the session will be provided, along with the details of the outlined steps in preparation for the next session
