Jo Spaczynska

Jo's interest in complementary therapies began many years ago as a means of supporting her own health. This interest led her to explore various complementary modalities extensively.

Her journey began with Reflexology training in 1989, swiftly followed by Reiki I and Reiki II, where she eventually attained the status of Teacher/Master. Alongside her exploration of complementary therapies, Jo worked as a Social Worker for several years and holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Counselling. She’s also studied Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candle therapies.

Among her specialties, Jo is particularly passionate about Craniosacral Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques. Recently, she expanded her expertise by training in EmoTrance and achieving the status of EmoTrance Trainer.
