Background
I am a holistic therapist and movement practitioner with a particular passion for pelvic health and functional movement. My approach brings together hypopressives, yoga, breathwork, postural awareness and therapeutic touch to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and building sustainable strength from within.
My interest in this work deepened after my own recovery journey following childbirth, where I experienced pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse symptoms and pudendal nerve entrapment. Through consistent practice of hypopressives, mindful movement and targeted postural work, I discovered tools that greatly supported my healing — and I now love sharing these approaches with others who may benefit from gentler, more supportive forms of movement.
I also teach Forrest Yoga, a style that emphasises intelligent sequencing, injury-prevention, core integrity and conscious breath. Combined with Yin Yoga and Nutritious Movement-inspired work, my sessions aim to create more space, stability and resilience in the body, especially for those navigating the physical demands of everyday life, pregnancy, postpartum recovery or periods of stress and tension.
Overall, my work centres on helping clients feel stronger, calmer, more grounded and more at home in their bodies, whatever stage of life they are in.
