Jian Feng

Jian is a fully trained and practicing acupuncturist based in Edinburgh. She completed a five-year intensive course at the School of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), one of the oldest TCM universities in China.

After being awarded a Bachelor Degree of Medical Science in 1990, Jian worked at the university hospital, where she practiced acupuncture and herbal medicine and became a qualified Doctor of TCM. She moved to the UK in 1996 and worked successfully in Sheffield, Southend-on-Sea, and London.

In 1999, Jian moved to Edinburgh with her family and has been practicing there ever since. She has been a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) since 1996, an organisation that regulates the profession in the UK and maintains high standards of education, ethics, discipline, and practice to ensure public health and safety.

As a Zita West-affiliated acupuncturist, Jian has trained with Zita and her team at Zita’s clinic in London – the largest and most successful integrated reproductive health practice in the UK. Jian receives ongoing support in Zita West’s comprehensive, holistic approach to achieving optimum reproductive health.

Over the years, Jian has helped many clients achieve optimum health and wellbeing. She regularly visits China for extensive training in specific areas, including reproductive, musculoskeletal, and nervous systems. Providing the best care and offering effective treatment and advice have always been Jian’s passion and priority.
