Chinese Massage (Tui Na)

Tui Na, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a deep, rhythmic, relaxing and invigorating form of massage. The Practitioner utilises a wide range of techniques to knead, roll, press, shake, grasp, push, rub and vibrate the body to stimulate the soft tissues, the acupuncture points and the channels of the web-like energy system in the body. The aim of Tui Na is to release tension, relax muscles and encourage energy balance within the body.
