Life Coaching

Life Coaching for stress reduction focuses on where you are right now, giving you quality time, space and opportunity to get a clear overview of what is working and what is not. During the session/s you will be encouraged to decide on your intention and outcomes. Using a variety of techniques (NLP, EFT, and Mindfulness) to enable you to make immediate positive improvements so that you can get through difficult periods or issues and move forward in a positive way.

Unlike Counselling, Life Coaching focuses on your present situation and how to make improvements for the future.

Some of the most common topics for life coaching sessions include support for job and career, relationships, self-confidence, self-esteem, lower stress levels and finding out to manage difficult and challenging times. For example, if you are returning to work after a period of absence, if you have everyday stresses to deal with or you simply want to improve your confidence and general well-being, life coaching may provide a source of support.

What to expect from a life coaching session

Appointments are 1:2:1. The Initial appointment is 90 minutes and follow up 60 minutes.

During a consultation, you will be taken through three stages:

Initially we help to make an assessment of what’s happening in your life, to gain an understanding of how you got to the present situation. We can see then what’s working and what needs improving. We then help you to decide where and how you would like to change and improve your life. Finally, you will develop a plan of action to enable this to happen. After each session you will be sent a summary of the session outlining any agreed action steps you need to take before the next session .

A range of coaching techniques can be used to suit each individual, including life coaching, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom technique (EFT), mindfulness.
