Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT shows you how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours are all interrelated.  It focuses on present problems and aims to provide more resourceful thinking styles, reactions and behaviours to use in adverse situations.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT) SESSION

Sessions are fully clothed and sitting (not lying on a massage table).  The initial consultation is 90 minutes and follow-up consultations last 60 minutes.
