Bach Flower Therapy

A Bach Flower therapist utilises specific flower essences to provide support to people experiencing unsettling emotional circumstances. The gentle remedies are individually tailored and suitable for all ages, including very young children.  The remedies are safe to take with any other medication (unless you have difficulties with the very small amount of brandy in which the remedies are preserved).

What to expect from a Bach Flower Therapy session

During a consultation, the practitioner will discuss with you your current state and help you choose the appropriate remedies. You will also be taught about the system, so that you can eventually use it for yourself. You will be given a mixture of these remedies to take away with you and the price of this mixture is included in the price of the consultation. The mixture will last about 3 weeks.  After three weeks, there is a follow-up consultation of 30 minutes to discuss how you are now feeling and at any to make necessary adjustments to the mixture, if necessary.
