|Recommended Intake||To encourage a restful night's sleep, try 1 drop of Valerian, 2 drops of Roman Chamomile and 1 drop of Lavender blended with 10ml of Coconut oil. Massage this gently all over the body, then lie back in a warm bath to allow the blend to soak into the skin. Alternatively, the same quantities of essential oils could be added to a burner or diffuser placed in the bedroom half an hour before bedtime.|
