Life coaching can help you move forwards in your life in a positive way, and assist you through difficult periods or issues.
For example if you are returning to work after a period of absence, if you have particular stress issues to deal with, or simply want to improve your confidence and general well-being, life coaching can help. Unlike counselling life coaching focuses on your present situation and how make improvements for the future.
Generally people will attend for or more sessions, it’s up you, and will be taken through three stages:
First we help to make an assessment of what’s happening in your life, gaining an understanding of how you got there. Then you can see what’s working and what needs improving.
Then we help you decide where and how you would like to change and improve your life.
Finally you will develop a plan of action to enable this to happen.
In order to achieve this we use a range of techniques to suit each individual. These can include: Life Coaching Sessions; NLP (neuro linguistic programming); EFT (emotional freedom technique); Hypnogenetics; Timeline Therapy along with Meditation and Relaxation techniques.
