Based in Edinburgh Nutrition and Complementary Therapy specialists, this website is designed to give you some information about us, our practitioners and the wide range of therapies we offer.

We specialise in Nutritional Therapy with a fully stocked retail shop and 4 therapy rooms located in central Edinburgh. Our staff are happy to advise you and we can arrange for you to have a talk with a Nutritional Therapist without any obligation. Just give us a call.

Shop & Therapy Centre - Opening times

The Centre and Retail Shop is open from 10am until 6pm except Sundays. The therapy centre is open for appointments from 9am until 9pm but bookings can only be taken during shop hours.   

Making an appointment is easy.

Therapies are available from 9am to 9pm. Where possible our practitioners will see you when most convenient for you, but as we are busy it is best to book ahead. To make an appointment booking simply contact us on 0131 229 1077 or print off the forms below and send in. We will contact you to find a suitable time for you. 

Booking forms:  1. Nutritional Therapy – this includes a “food diary” and NPQ questionnaire.

                       2. Complementary Therapies

  If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give us 24hrs notice. If less than 24hrs notice is given, full payment is due. A deposit may be required when booking.Concessionary Rates - are available on many of the therapies for pensioners, students and those on benefits, please ask for details.

The centre is situated at the road junction of Tollcross in central Edinburgh, a couple of minutes walk from Princes Street. There is a convenient car park at Reigo Street and we are easily reached by public transport.
