We specialise in Nutrition and a wide range of Complementary Therapies including a number of different Massage Therapies, Reflexology, Bowen Technique, Indian Head Massage, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Life Coaching, hypnotherapy, Neurofeedback, Human Givens, Counseling, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and many more holistic therapies.

As well as specialising in Nutritional Therapy we have a fully stocked retail shop and 4 therapy rooms located in central Edinburgh. Our staff are happy to advise you and we can arrange for you to have a talk with a Nutritional Therapist without any obligation. Just give us a call.

Shop & Therapy Centre - Opening times

The Centre and Retail Shop is open from 10am until 6pm every day except Sundays. The therapy centre is open for appointments from 9am until 9pm but bookings can only be taken during shop hours.   

Making an appointment is easy.

Where possible our practitioners will see you when most convenient for you, but as we are busy it is best to book ahead. To make an appointment booking simply contact us on 0131 229 1077.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give us 24hrs notice. If less than 24hrs notice is given, full payment is due. A deposit may be required when booking.Concessionary Rates - are available on many of the therapies for pensioners, students and those on benefits, please ask for details.

The centre is situated at the road junction of Tollcross in central Edinburgh, a couple of minutes walk from Princes Street. There is a convenient car park at Reigo Street and we are easily reached by public transport.
